Former Product Manager Launches The Cozy Artist to Help Heal Burnout and Reignite Creativity in the Age of AI

Concord, NH — [November 2025] — As companies navigate rapid technological transformation and rising employee burnout, former product manager Jessica Rayno has launched The Cozy Artist, a new creative wellness service dedicated to helping employees, students, and teams rediscover the joy of imagination.

After nearly a decade in product management, Rayno left her corporate career when she realized something crucial was missing from the modern workplace: space for creative thinking, connection, and mental health.

“I saw incredibly smart team members burning out and feeling disconnected from their job,” said Rayno, founder of The Cozy Artist. “In a world where AI can generate anything in seconds, the value of our uniquely human creativity is more important—not less.”

A New Kind of Workshop

The Cozy Artist offers guided craft-based workshops, creativity labs, and hands-on experiences designed to reduce burnout and reignite creative problem-solving. Instead of standard team-building or lecture-style trainings, The Cozy Artist sessions use low-pressure, tactile activities that help participants get into a flow state—boosting focus, mental clarity, and innovative thinking.

Workshops are available for:

  • Corporate teams looking to reduce burnout and strengthen innovative thinking

  • Schools and colleges aiming to reduce stress and foster creative confidence in students

  • Community organizations seeking accessible arts-based well-being programs

Why Now? Creativity Is Declining—Just When We Need It Most

Recent studies show a significant decline in workplace creativity and rising burnout across industries. At the same time, AI tools are becoming a primary source for idea generation, content creation, and problem-solving.

Rayno believes this reliance has an unintended consequence:

“We’re so focused on productivity and rapid growth that we are burning ourselves out and outsourcing thinking to AI,” she said. “Hands-on creativity gives the brain rest while also developing creative problem solving. My mission is to help people remember what it feels like to make something with their own hands and think in new, playful ways.”

A Blend of Product Strategy + Creative Wellness

The Cozy Artist workshops draw on its founder’s background in product management—where she specialized in building thoughtful user experiences—combined with years of creative practice as an artist. The Cozy Artist’s approach blends strategic thinking, human-centered design, and therapeutic art principles to create environments where people can actually unwind enough to think differently, to think creatively.
