Creativity Lab is a 5-10 week series of creativity-boosting craft sessions that take place at the same time each week, giving employees a consistent mental health break and building creative thinking strength over time.

Craft Workshops focus on completing a specific guided craft which is customized to your team's needs and budget (things like paint night, collage, wreath decorating etc) while Creativity Lab is a series of craft sessions designed to help employees use their imagination to build with different types of materials, guided by a prompt instead of step by step instructions.
